Arjun Chandrasekhar was born in Pattambi, an emerging town of central Kerala by the side of the river Nila, on 28 September, 1992. He penned his first novel at the age of 14 titled, 'The tree that bears Fleshy Fruits,' describing the bond between a boy and his pet dog, asserting his writing skill. Fuelled by the enormous support and guidance from his parents, who are well educated government teachers, he produced his second novel, 'The Monkey Empire.' At the age of 16, inspired from the experiences of his friend, he began writing, 'A Kaithali Street Tale,' his third novel, a teenage fiction, set in locations familiar to the author, which includes his hometown Pattambi and his place of residence-Kaithali Street. Arjun is a second year Mechanical Engineering student at Mahendra Engineering College, Erode. His next novel is, 'The Quarantine.'
