Professor S. Jayapandian is currently teaching finance at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has over 16 years experience in teaching in institutions of repute such as Institute for Financial Management and Research, Chennai, Maharishi Institute of Management, Bangalore, Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management, Secunderabad and Department of Management Studies, Jaya Engineering College, Chennai. He also worked for Reserve Bank of India and Industrial Development Bank of India for over 15 years. He was managing director of a medium scale industry for 11 years, besides, being chief consultant to Oriental Consultants, an IDBI approved consultancy firm.
