Scenery: Simple sets

Follows the famous story in a straightforward version: although the traditional pantomine introduces additions, the narrative line remains the salient feature: the arrival of the stepmother and her two horrific daughters; Cinderella's maltreatment in the kitchen; the faithful Buttons; Cinderella's kindness to the old woman who turns out to be the fairy godmother; the handsome Prince and the Ball and all the rest of the famous story. May be staged very simply if necessary. The position and style of the songs are indicated in the text, but the choice is left to the director.
