He was also a Honorary Senior Fellow of the Institute of Social Sciences, New Delhi, where he anchored a programme called 'India Leaders for Tomorrow', sponsored by Sir Ratan Tata Trust. In recognition of his work in promoting Leadership Development in India he was awarded fellowship by John Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University to attend the Master Class of May 2006 on "Art and Practice of Leadership Development". Dr. Manu N.
