Description About The Author:- Manu N. Kulkarni was a Visiting Faculty at NITTE School of Management, Bangalore. He studied in Karnataka University Dharwar, Bombay University, Mumbai and specialised in Public Health in Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, where he was deputed by UNICEF which he served for nearly 20 years. Earlier,he was a Visiting Faculty at JIM Ahmedabad and Management Consultant at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, and Sub Divisional Officer in various districts ofKarnataka. , He has been a regular contributor to Economic and Political Weekly and other development journals. He was also a Honorary Senior Fellow of the Institute of Social Sciences, New Delhi, where he anchored a programme called 'India Leaders for Tomorrow', sponsored by Sir Ratan Tata Trust. In recognition of his work in promoting Leadership Development in India he was awarded fellowship by John Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University to attend the Master Class of May 2006 on "Art and Practice of Leadership Development". Dr. Manu N.
