Dr. Arvind M. Nawale is working as Head of the Department of English in Shivaji Mahavidyalaya, Udgir, Latur (Dist), Maharashtra. He has been teaching English language and literature since 1995. He is recognized Ph.D. Research Guide of four universities and also on the panel of external referee of few universities. He has published 29 books (including co-edited) and a number of research papers/book-chapters in various journals/books of national and international repute. Dr. Nibedita Mukherjee is working as a Faculty, Dept of English in Bankura Christian College, Bankura (W.B). She has a distinguished career in higher education that includes teaching, writing and research. A renowned critic of repute, she has contributed a number of significant articles to different national and international journals. She has also written book chapters in publications of repute and is at present on the editorial board of Appropriations, a well-esteemed peer reviewed journal.
