Bibek Debroy, born in 1955, is an Indian economist and a professor at Centre for Policy Research, New Delhi. He has been the Director of the Legal Adjustments and Reforms for Globalising the Economy project. Ashley J Tellis is a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He has been a senior adviser to the ambassador at the American Embassy in New Delhi and was deeply involved in the nuclear agreement between India and the US. Tellis completed his PhD from the University of Chicago and has been a senior policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. Reece Trevor is a Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC. He works as a research assistant in the Carnegie South Asia Program. Trevor completed his bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
