He is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) and a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM). He is the Author of McGraw-Hill's Environmental Permitting Handbook, and How to Obtain Air Quality Permits. He lives in New Jersey and is past chairman of the Harding Township Environmental Commission where he works on numerous stormwater issues.
