DILIP KUMAR MAJUMDAR, D.Phil. (Agriculture), is formerly Professor of Agronomy and Principal (Dean), Institute of Agriculture, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan. He has four decades of experience in teaching, research, rural development and agricultural extension.

Dr. Majumdar has presented scientific papers in numerous international conferences and has to his credit 67 research papers published in reputed scientific journals.
