Description About The Author:- R. Thilagaraj is presently Professor and Head, Department of Criminology and Director, Centre for Cyber Forensics and Information Security, University of Madras. Earlier he served Madras. Earlier he served as senior research investigator in the National Institute of Social Defence. He possess more than 30 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Criminology and Criminal Justice Administration. He has published eight books and more than sixty research articles in the reputed journals and chapters in the books. He was the Chairman of the Indian Society of Criminology and also Founding Member of the Asian Criminological Society, Macau. His areas of interest are sociology of crime, juvenile justice and correctional administration. So far he has directed 12 research projects.::::S. Latha is presently Assistant Professor and Head, School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai. She possesses fourteen years of teaching and research experience in the field of Criminology. Her areas of interests include theories of crime, crimes against women and children, cybercrimes, human rights and restorative justice. She has to her credit five books and more than thirty research articles.
