Dr. Mahender Reddy Sarsani was born on 05-12-1961 in Torlikonda Nizamabad Distrit of Andhra Pradesh. He obtained M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics and M.Ed. from Osmania University Hyderbad AP. He got his M.Phil degree from Annamalai University Tamilnadu and received his Ph.D. from Institute of Education University of London UK under the able guidance of Dr. Elwyn Thomas and Dr. Susan Hallam in the area of Educational Psychology.
