About the Author: Frederick Forsyth was born in 1938 and is an English author and a political commentator. He is known for his other works such as, The Day of The Jackal, The Odessa File, The Fourth Protocol, The Dogs of War and many more. He worked with the Royal Air Force and was a jet fighter pilot. He also worked with Reuters and BBC as an assistant diplomatic correspondent. in 2007 he was awarded by the CBE and in 2012 the Crime Writers Association awarded him the Cartier Diamond Dagger in recognition of his work.
