Charles O'Rear lives in the Napa Valley in California and worked with National Geographic magazine for twenty-five years. He started book photography in 1985 and he is the author of five wine books, including Wine Country, Napa Valley, Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Napa Valley, The Land, The Wine, The People. He was the founder of one of America's most famous photo agencies Westlight, which was sold to Corbis in 1999. David Furer lives in London but hails from California. He writes for Wine Business Monthly in the USA and Wine International in the UK. He is an Advanced Sommelier, a Certified Wine Educator who has taught in Chicago, London, and Germany, and a consultant. He is also a contributor to Wine Report and Which? Wine Guide.
